Stallergenes - Becoming a shareholder

Being a shareholder of the Stallergenes Group means holding a shareholding in the Group.

Becoming a shareholder means holding shares in Stallergenes, depending on your choice, in a fully registered, administered registered or bearer form.

Shares	The shares are registered in Stallergenes' books and are deposited with Société Générale, acting as agent for Stallergènes. Stallergenes knows the identity of the shareholder.	The shares are registered in Stallergenes's books, and are deposited with the financial intermediary of the shareholder's choice, in relation with Société Générale. Stallergenes knows the shareholder through his financial intermediary.	Shares are deposited with the financial intermediary of the shareholder's choice. The bearer shares are not identified and do not allow Stallergenes to know the identity of the shareholder.
