The General meeting of 30 May 2008 voted for distribution of a dividend of 0.40 euros per share, an increase of 14% on last year.  This dividend was paid on 9 June 2008. 

The following dividends have been distributed over the past 4 years:

(1): Share with a nominal value of  €3.80
(2):  Shares with a current nominal value of €0.95 after the division by four of the share value on 10 July 2006
